The plane set off for Baris Egypt on board were two very wealthy men named Kian and George. The two men were very good friends they had known each other since they were kids they had moved from Egypt to Africa 3 years ago to go forward with there careers of becoming great pilots they had both loved planes so much since they were little they had always wanted to be a pilot they both owned 2 planes each. So when they decided to go back home for 2 weeks they wanted to fly over themselves their families didn’t know they were coming because they wanted it to be a surprise. They decided to take Kian’s plane and have turns driving going over. They were nearly at Baris only about 2 hours until they reached their home town when all of a sudden they ran out of gas and started heading down all they could do was hope for a miracle. George was driving and was the one that had decided to crash land. When they had crash landed Kian squirmed his way out coughing. After about 30 seconds he had to go back in to get George He dragged him out and then dropped to the ground crying in hurt. The next morning they awoke to only having a few cuts and bruises no major injuries. They had no idea where they were they had landed in a forest Kian and George decided they had to find out where they were. So they found there way out of the forest and found they were at the Nile river they only knew that because Kian had studied the Nile river in school. They only had some fruit, canned food and 2 liters of water in their survival kit. They took all they could carry and started walking. They had been walking for what seemed like days even though it had only been 4 hours. They had drunk 1/4 of the water and a piece of fruit each. They were so tired and so hot it was over 40 degrees and they were in the middle of nowhere. They had now been walking for 3 days and had drunk 3/4 of the water all of the fruit and 4 cans of food they were running out quick! They were so tired Kian began seeing things and was getting very dehydrated trying to save some water. That night was so cold and with no blankets only ripped clothing it was even colder for them. On the fourth day they had reached a little town called El Kharga. People were so nice in El Kharga they gave them a change of warm clothing a meal and refilled there water. They stayed in the little town a couple of days thats when they found their old friend James he was taking people on camel rides they hadn’t seen James or even camels since they left 5 years ago. They caught up a bit and asked if James could take them to Baris Egypt on the camels so they could see there families James couldn’t be happier to take them he got extra supplies and they left. It was so hot the first 2 days but the next 2 days it was sun showers it was very nice. When they got to Baris they thanked James so much and saw there family it was such a wonderful experience they had made it from the Nile river to El Kahrga and to their home town Baris is was a great time the only minus was crashing the plane and walking in that scorching hot weather.

My Aunty Jill.
Aunty Jill is such a bubbly, kind and always bubbly sort of person, Everytime I go to see her there is a big smile on my face. She is always looking for the positive things in life and has never been known to be negative. Aunty Jill is a very cuddly type of woman she has beautiful brown eyes short pretty reddish purple hair her nails are usually painted a nice red too. At parties she always makes sure theres enough food for everyone and that no one goes without. On birthdays, Easter and Christmas and other occasions there is always something from her.
She lives in Lower Hutt with her husband Moe, son Josh and her black labrador ... she also has another son, Nick and two other daughters Sellenana and Melissa. Nick is in the army and I hardly ever see him because he is always over seas unless its a special occasion or an emergency. Selena is a mother since two years ago to a beautiful little boy named Jericho. Melissa is a gym teacher at a college and is currently studying in Japan so I havent seen her in a while either. Josh is still in college and works at Pak’n Save.
I love my Aunty Jill for who she is and am proud to call her my Aunty she is one of the best Aunties a kid could have.

12/3/10 Ancient Chinese Women. W.A.L.T: Write a discussion with two sides
How would you feel having to bound your feet to feel pretty, to give yourself to men and being used for slavery well this was the way Ancient Chinese women had to live and feel.
I believe the way Ancient Chinese Women lived wasn’t right. It was disgusting the women were forced into marriage by their parents, They had to bound up their feet to look attractive, They were forced to not love their daughters and . When they married the man it wasn’t like real love it was slavery they had to do everything for the men and if their husbands died and they were still young they were absolutely prohibited to remarry if they did they were sentenced to a harsh sentence the “Death Penalty”. To look attractive they would bound their feet at birth they say you could hear their bones in their feet braking while they were being bound up. The women were only used as slaves and to have children if the women had a baby girl the baby would be killed or after three days of birth she would be placed under a cot with a broken piece of pottery. By placing the baby under the cot it is showing that she is weak and she should give herself to men. The broken pottery meant she must be laborious.
On the other hand. They didn’t live the worst life ever. What if the women wanted to give themselves to men and live like that. They might of wanted to look attractive and bounded their feet up. In those days it might have been a law that they had to live like that.
We may look back and think it was horrible but it was the way they lived and we can’t change the past.
